Tai Chi Form (rank appropriate section)

6:20-6:30 pm

Kung Fu Basics: Stances, stepping, punching, kicking, blocking

6:30-6:40 pm

Partner Drills: One-step, three-step, slow motion attack and defense

6:40-6:50 pm

Sparring Basics: With and without target mitts, kick bags, punching bag

6:50-7:00 pm

Push Hands (rank appropriate) Fixed, restricted, moving step
